ORDERING PROCESS

SIMPLIFIED

1. Contact the artist directly with the design/s you are interested in. Please indicate if you need your invitations asap and she can advise you of any openings in the current production schedule.

2. You will receive a reply back, usually within 24 hours confirming she can work with you and how to proceed.

3. All clients are given an online page where they can see and approve font, wording, layout etc. for their invitations. Upon approval, a 50% deposit (or payment in full for orders $150 or less) is required.

4. Production for *Ready to Wear* party invitations and wedding invitation wardrobes is based on supplies in stock and current production schedule. Generally though, party invitations take 1-2 weeks, wedding invitations 3 weeks.

5. *Couture Collection* designs (custom work) involves a different process and is time lined separately. Proposal is based on the complexity of the design, quantity and components you have in mind, as well as the time needed to order in special supplies and stock.

6. The artist can only accept a certain number of commission designs and reserves her time to complete them accordingly, so please keep this in mind.

Design Process...
Your special occasion deserves an invitation as unique and individual as you are. Whether it's one that's
ready to wear that you're interested in or a couture custom design made to order. Your vision, budget and personal style are always kept in mind, at the onset when decisions are being made, and also during the creative process.

Methods of Payment...
All orders are processed through PayPal, an eBay Company. You simply login at
www.paypal.com and make payment to the artist's email address. Alternatively a request invoice can be sent to you and PayPal will guide you through the payment process.

 

Please contact the artist for the Art Cards etc. mailing address if you wish to send payment via regular mail, USPS

If you are all set to order, you supply her with your event information, and a mock-up sample is sent back to you via email for your approval (needed to confirm wording, font style, spelling, dates, etc.,) with the total on your order, including shipping costs and 6% sales tax for Michigan residents. Your final approval and payment (or 50% deposit for custom wedding invitations or large orders) is then needed to start the design process. Custom work may require phone consultations initially to discuss your
particular needs and individual style.

Most orders for
party invitations are shipped within one - two weeks, depending on the quantity ordered. Wedding invitation orders, may take 3 - 4 weeks or longer depending All samples are sent out USPS Priority Mail or regular mail; all orders ship UPS using the method you select - Next Day, 2nd, Ground, etc.  All order balances MUST be paid in full before your order will be shipped.
