Ordering Process

1. Contact the artist directly with the party invitation design you are interested in or if you are interested in working together on a custom design. Please indicate when you are looking to have your invitations in hand and she can advise you of the current production schedule.

2. You will receive a reply back, usually within 24-48 hours confirming she can work with you and how to proceed.

3. All clients are given an online page where they can see and approve font, wording, layout etc. for their invitations. Upon approval, a 50% deposit (or payment in full for orders $150 or less) is required.

4. Party invitations take approx. 1-2 weeks, depending on the design and qty ordered.

5. Custom invitation or design work is time lined separately and is based on the complexity of the design, quantity and number of components needed as all supplies will need to be ordered in. The artist will only accept custom design work as her schedule permits and reserves her time to complete them accordingly, so please keep this in mind.

 


 

 

 


 

 

Payment & Policies
All orders are processed through PayPal, an eBay Company. You simply login at www.paypal.com and make payment to the artist's email address. Alternatively a request invoice can be sent to you and PayPal will guide you through the payment process.

 

Please contact the artist for the Art Cards etc. mailing address if you wish to send payment via regular mail. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders only.

Processing
When you are all set to order, you supply her with your event information, and a mock-up sample is sent back to you via email for your approval (needed to confirm wording, font style, spelling, dates, etc.,) with the total on your order, including shipping costs and 6% sales tax for Michigan residents. Your final approval and payment (or 50% deposit for custom wedding invitations or large orders) is then needed to start the design process. Custom work may require phone consultations initially to discuss your
particular needs and individual style.

Shipping

Party invitations are shipped within one - two weeks, depending on the design & quantity ordered. Wedding invitation orders will take 3 - 4 weeks or longer. All samples are sent out USPS Priority Mail, all orders ship UPS or FedEx using the method you select - Next Day, 2nd, 3 Day, or Ground. All order balances MUST be paid in full before your order will be shipped. Art Cards etc. does not guarantee any shipping service nor is responsible for floods, flight mechanical difficulties etc. that could interrupt the shipping service. Art Cards etc. is NOT responsible for any stolen, lost and/or damaged orders, in full or part, due to the selected carrier.  Art Cards etc. is NOT responsible for your package if you waive the required signature. The carrier for your order will be noted on your order balance invoice. A tracking or delivery verification # will be sent to you via email when your orders ships.
